New Jersey Transit-Oriented Development (NJTOD.org) and Downtown New Jersey will host this panel discussion with experts who have been on the front lines taking transit-oriented development (TOD) from planning to completion.  The panel will discuss how to engage the community, craft realistic goals, put together a good project, be a good partner, plan for success, overcome challenges, and use TOD to redevelop New Jersey's downtowns.  These topics also relate to Sustainable Jersey's transit-oriented development action.  For more information, visit the website.
