New Jersey Transit-Oriented Development (NJTOD.org) and Downtown New Jersey will host this panel discussion with experts who have been on the front lines taking transit-oriented development (TOD) from planning to completion. The panel will discuss how to engage the community, craft realistic goals, put together a good project, be a good partner, plan for success, overcome challenges, and use TOD to redevelop New Jersey's downtowns.
