Through the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority’s (NJTPA) Complete Streets Technical Assistance Program, Sustainable Jersey is collaborating with the Alan M. Voorhees Transportation Center (VTC) at Rutgers University to provide free technical assistance to municipalities to advance Complete Streets initiatives.
