Business Office Assistant – Full-Time, Hybrid Eligible

The Sustainability Institute at The College of New Jersey administers the Sustainable Jersey certification programs and is seeking a detail-oriented Business Office Assistant to provide essential financial and administrative support. This role involves processing accounts payable/receivable, assisting with payroll and grant reporting, managing office operations, and supporting event logistics. The salary range is $45,000 to $65,000 based on experience. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy multitasking, and have strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Sustainable Jersey is seeking a dynamic, organized, and committed individual to serve as our Development Manager. The position is a core member of the development team, collaborating closely with the Assistant Director. Qualified candidates will be detail-oriented, have strong communications and project management skills, a passion for our mission, and previous experience with non-profit fundraising, marketing, or similar.
