Local Governmental Interventions to Urban Public Health Challenges: A Case for Local Food Entrepreneurship

Many urban Americans struggle to be healthy in the face of economic and built environment factors that create inadequate urban food systems. Local urban governments face significant challenges in mitigating these factors.
