Program Coordinator, Sustainable Jersey Energy Program – Full-Time, Hybrid Eligible
Support local governments and schools in advancing clean energy and sustainability!
The Sustainability Institute at The College of New Jersey administers the Sustainable Jersey certification programs and is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Energy Team. Working with the Energy Program Manager, this position provides technical assistance, conducts research, and supports outreach and training for municipalities and schools implementing energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability initiatives. The salary range is $45,000 to $65,000, based on experience. Working closely with the Senior Energy Program Manager, this position provides technical assistance to municipalities and schools, conducts policy research, and helps advance energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate action across the state. The salary range is $65,000 to $85,000, based on experience. If you’re passionate about sustainability, skilled in program management, and eager to help local governments reduce energy use and emissions, this role offers the perfect opportunity to lead meaningful change.
