This South Jersey Cultural Alliance event will feature a morning presentation on Financing Creative Placemaking, a networking lunch, ArtsTank competition, and mural tour of Atlantic City.  The ArtsTank competition is a fun opportunity to learn about creative placemaking, how to fund it, best practices, and how it can be an investment spark in your town.  Thirty South Jersey municipalities submitted letters of intent to create proposals using arts, history, and/or culture to engage their communities in addressing a local challenge.  Five finalists will present to a panel of creative placemaking expert "sharks."  Attendees will learn best practices, how to address the needs of all involved, and how to fund your project and receive points in Sustainable Jersey's  Arts & Culture suite of actions.  For more information, visit the website.
